Because Abraham Lincoln couldn't get Congress to pass a bill to end slavery he made the decision to free the slaves by proclamation. It was the right thing to do.

President Obama couldn't get Congress to pass the Dream Act or comprehensive immigration reform so he used his executive authority under the constitution to set policy on deportation.

Attorneys Sammy Cacciatore, John Alpizar, Stephen Charpentier and David Gunter informed us all of an imminent attack against Florida Supreme Court Justices and the Florida's Bar Association's peer review process.
