The Guttmacher Institute released the results of three new studies last week.

McCollum's Lawsuit Wastes Taxpayer Money
Seven minutes after just enough Democrats grew a spine and President Obama signed the health care package into law, Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum led the effort to file the suit that claims Congress doesn't have the constitutional right to force people to get health coverage.
State Rep. John Tobia states in his FLORIDA TODAY guest column on March 27th, he condemns health care reform because he is concerned about "protecting Floridians' rights and freedoms to make appropriate decisions as it relates to their own health care". Unfortunately for the women of Florida, Rep.Tobia apparently feels those rights and freedoms apply only to men.
