Each Mini Yoga Sessions will be approx. 15 minutes beginning at 5p.m. then at half past 05:30pm and top of the hour 6:00p.m., 6:30p.m., 7p.m. & 7:30p.m.

Be a part of the Movement to transform our community. Mental Health, Physical Health, and Nutrition are vital to our overall health. With a Global Pandemic at hand and the impact Covid-19 has had on our community we want to provide resources and Community Leaders to share with us where they stand and how we can make a difference by joining together.

Health in the Community Event Series will be held at The Evans Center. The Evans Center is a non-profit organization committed to eradicating food insecurity and raising the standard of health in the community. They reach this goal by building partnerships with organizations and local leaders determined to disrupt the status quo of scarce resources in low to moderate income communities. These partnerships will provide job training, access to quality, affordable healthcare, fresh foods and clean living.

Our intention is to bring awareness to our overall health by introducing our community to some of the Social Leaders, Mental Health Advocates, and Natural Supplement Businesses right here in our community to bridge the gap between ‘what we should be doing’ to ‘what we can accomplish together’
This is an outdoor event, where we will have Speakers, Healthy Food, Live DJ, and Natural Supplement Businesses.
