HB7 has passed and SB300 is predicted to pass before May recess and Desantis said he will sign when it hits his desk.
SB300 makes it illegal for a doctor to terminate a pregnancy if the fetus is determined to be more than 6 weeks (most women don’t even know they are pregnant at 6 weeks,) rather than the current law of 15 weeks, which is restrictive enough.
It also prohibits Plan C (abortion pill) to be distributed by anyone but a physician.

On Saturday April 8th will be meeting up at the Eau Gallie Causeway Boat Ramp between 3-5 for a demonstration rally & march.
There will be phenominal speakers, street theater, tabling, followed by a march.
*Please bring signs! We will have some poster board & markers for those that don’t.
*We are requesting attendees wear black, red or dress in costume, ie. a handmaid.
*There is parking at the boat ramp, but for those that plan on marching, we will provide details on where else you can park in the comment section. We encourage carpooling.
*We will have water, but encourage you to bring your own beverages.
*There will be security.
